Instagram sensation “F–kJerry” has been sued for allegedly stealing a 16-year-old kid’s account, TMZ reports.
The lawsuit was filed by the unnamed teen’s father, Tom Chau, according to the report.
Chau is accusing “F–kJerry” meme mastermind Elliot Tebele of taking control of his son’s account in a promotional deal that should have ended in May 2017, costing the family what is described by TMZ as “tons of dough.”
The TMZ report does not say where the lawsuit was filed or what damages it is seeking, or name the kid, except to say that the kid runs the account @3.141592, which has 2.6 million followers.
“F–kJerry” and its CEO have been posting promotional content on the kid’s account without reimbursement, and have changed his password to keep the kid out of the picture, TMZ says.
It’s not the first time “F–kjerry” who has 11.5 million Instagram followers, has been sued. In March, The Post reported that Tebele was sued for allegedly botching a $10,000 deal to advertise a movie called “Frat Star.”
