North Sea Crude-Forties diff steady, Oseberg weakens

LONDON, Sept 22 (Reuters) - The differential for Forties held steady on Friday in limited activity while the price of Oseberg slid slightly ahead of November loading programmes due out early next week.

* Forties has been holding near 20-month highs due to the expectation that more VLCCs than initially thought would take October-loading Forties to Asia, one trader said.

* OPEC and other oil producers are clearing a glut that has weighed on crude prices for three years and may wait until January before deciding whether to extend their output curbs beyond the first quarter of 2018, ministers said on Friday.

* Petroineos bid for a cargo of Forties at dated Brent plus 65 cents a barrel loading Oct. 12-16.
