Three teenagers were arrested Thursday in Virginia after one threatened to kill employees at a McDonald’s because their food was not ready, police said.

At around 9 p.m., three men at a McDonald’s in Chantilly argued with an employee because their food was not ready, Fairfax County police said in a statement. One of them threatened to kill employees, pulling up his shirt to show a gun in his waistband, before all three left the restaurant and were arrested by officers nearby.

Kyle Harris, 19, of Chantilly was charged with brandishing a weapon, simple assault, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct; 18-year-old Erisk Cruz of Centreville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct; and 18-year-old Brian Abrego of Manassas was charged with disorderly conduct.
