Milost Global Announces Appointment of New Board Members


NEW YORK, March 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --

Milost Global Inc., (“Milost” or the “Company”)  today announced that it has recently appointed three new outside members to its board of directors, effective April 1, 2018, reconstituting the board. The new board members are:

  • Dr. Tiffany Brown, Chairman & CEO at Palewater Global Management Inc;
  • Dr. Andrew Brown Jr., PhD, recently retired Vice President & Chief Technologist at Delphi Automotive
  • Louis Wolkenstein, former financial advisor at Morgan Stanley
  • Enoch Godongwana, former deputy minister of economic development in the government of South Africa.

About Dr. Tiffany Brown

Dr. Tiffany Brown is the Chairman  & CEO of Palewater Global Management Inc. She is no stranger to hard work and putting forth a strong effort to create success. The native of Atlanta has taken great pride in her education and strives to continue broadening her knowledge. Graduating with a degree in Political Science from the prestigious Spelman College in 2001, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Clark Atlanta in 2004 and also a Doctorate in Public Policy from Walden University in 2009, Dr. Brown earned these achievements through determination and the desire to achieve her goals.

She has held positions with the United States Government Accountability Office, Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, Georgia Law Center for the Homeless, Georgia Conservation Voters, Supreme Court of Georgia, Equifax, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Atlanta Bar Association. Upon Graduation from Walden University, she has truly impacted change as an academic and practitioner. Dr. Brown is a former 2009 Write-in Atlanta Mayoral Candidate and owner of 4 companies:

She is the an author of several books: Daily Reflections of Life: A Book of Affirmations for the Ambitious (2010), Prayers of a Faithful Woman (2011), Anger: How to Control It So It Won’t Control You (2014) and Beware: The Risks to Faith Based organizations regarding political advocacy and corporate sponsorship (October 2018 Release).

About Dr. Andrew Brown

Dr. Brown recently retired as Vice President & Chief Technologist for Delphi Automotive where he was inducted into the Delphi Innovation Hall of Fame. Dr. Brown’s accomplished career has included serving as the 2010 SAE International President. He is a member of the National Academies and they appointed him to serve as chair of the Board on Energy & Environmental Systems and chair of Committee on Fuel Consumption Reduction for Medium and Heavy Duty Vehicles. He has participated on the Cummins Science & Technology Council and currently serves on the Deere & Company Global Technology and Innovation Advisory Council (GTIAC). He has served as a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) Energy and Environmental Sciences Directorate.

After working for Honeywell for a couple of years, Dr. Brown began his General Motors career as a Project Engineer at Manufacturing Development in 1973. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Wayne State, a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on energy and environmental engineering from the University of Detroit-Mercy and earned a Doctorate of Engineering in September 1992 from Wayne State. He has taught at Wayne State, University of Michigan and Tsinghua University in China.

About Louis Wolkenstein

Lou is the Managing Principal of the Investment Advisor. The Investment Advisor LLC is a Registered Investment Advisor registered in the State of Pennsylvania. Lou, has extensive experience advising clients about their investments. He has advised clients at such firms as Shearson Lehman Hutton, Charles Schwab and Morgan Stanley. He received certifications in Retirement Plans, Investment Management and Estate Planning from Charles Schwab where he received specialized training in these areas.

Lou has experience working with investors on matters pertaining to corporate governance and proxies at Georgeson and Company and Innisfree investor relations firms. He also has years of banking experience which he gained while at Bank of America.

Lou has developed expertise on the 4th Industrial Revolution and its impact on Health Care, Biotechnology, Telecommunications, Traditional and Online Marketing and e-commerce.

About Enoch Godongwana

Mr Godongwana is the Chairman and Head of Economic Transformation of the African National Congress (ANC) governing political party in the Republic of South Africa. He is a former Deputy Minister of Economic Development in the national government as a member of the President’s cabinet, he also served as the member of the national assembly (Parliament). Mr. Godongwana served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Sector Charter Council. He serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of The Esop Shop (Pty) Ltd. Mr. Godongwana serves as a Member of Policy Board for Financial Services and Regulation. He served as a Director of Denel (Pty) Ltd. from September 4, 2008 to May 11, 2009. He first emerged as a worker leader in the metal factories of the East Rand in the early eighties, rising through the ranks of the union to become the General Secretary of NUMSA in 1994. In this capacity, and as a representative of COSATU, he was appointed as a senior negotiator to various bi and tri-partite forums at national level throughout the eighties and into the late nineties, serving as an executive and management board member of NEDLAC during this period. Mr. Godongwana serves as a Member of the ANC National Executive Committee. Since 1997, he served as an Executive of the Eastern Cape government as the MEC of Economic Affairs, Environment and Tourism. He holds MA in Finance and Economics from University of London.
