Okay, listening in on the house speaker speech it doesn't look like he's going to be held in contempt over the Brexit statements.
Now cable is shooting back up to 1.3428 after hitting a low of 1.3409.
Update (1037 GMT): Confirmed that Davis will not be held in contempt. Cable now up to 1.3435.
