Dudley speaks on Puerto Rico

The US leading index will be released at the top of the hour. It usually is not a big mover. Nevertheless, the expectations is for a 0.7% increase. Nevertheless, that comes after a 0.6% gain in December, a 0.5% gain in November and a 1.3% gain in October.

Also at 10 AM ET, Fed's Dudley will speak at New York Fed briefing on Puerto Rico. I am not sure we may get much talk about US policy or the US economy given the subject matter, but we will be alert to any headlines.

Later at 11 AM ET/1600 GMT, the DOE will release the weekly inventory data.
