IRB PS Highway Private Ltd and IRB PP Project Pvt Ltd – wholly-owned subsidiaries of IRB Infrastructure Developers , have executed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India for two hybrid annuity projects in Tamil Nadu. While IRB PS Highway will implement the project of four-laning of the Poondiankuppam to Sattanathapuram section, the IRBPS PP Project will implement the project involving four-laning of the Puducherry to Poondiyankuppam section of the NHAI. The construction period is 730 days and the operation period 15 years. Shares of IRB Infrastructure gained 0.64 per cent at ₹252.60 on the BSE.
