The OPEC meeting is scheduled to begin at the top of the hour so it appears that the two had to air out some grievances beforehand. There's still no certainty that Iran will go through with the OPEC+ agreement to increase oil output, but at the moment the prospects are still looking alright.
Update: The start of the OPEC meeting has been delayed by 30 minutes due to the talks between the two countries.
