Major indices higher for the 3rd day this week

The UK FTSE traded to its highest level since October 10th today. The high reached 7205.07. That took out the November 2 high at 7196, but fell short of the 50% retracement of the move down from the 2018 May high at the 7220 level. Last week, the index moved above it's 100 day moving average for the 1st time since the end of August. The market seems to be discounting some sort of Brexit deal.
