They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and with 24 different brands focused on your morning meal, not many people know more about breakfast than Kellogg’s Steve Cahillane.

Fortune’s Polina Marinova sat down with the Kellogg’s CEO over a bowl of cereal at the company’s flagship cafe in New York City. But they didn’t talk numbers or what the next big thing in breakfast foods might be.

Instead, Cahillane dishes on his favorite cereal mascot (with a pretty spot-on impression), whether breakfast for dinner is a good move, and the breakfast food he just can’t stand.
