    NEW DELHI: Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 6 points, or 0.50 per cent, lower at 12,239, indicating a gap-down start for Dalal Street. Here are a few stocks which may buzz the most in today’s trade:

    Sun Pharma: The drug maker plan to consolidate its subsidiaries have hit a roadblock after the NCLT rejected a proposal in which India’s biggest drug-maker sought to demerge an overseas unit.

    Reliance Communications: The committee of creditors is likely to seek extension of debt sale process beyond January 10 till February-end from the National Company Law Tribunal, according to sources. The committee of creditors (CoC) is scheduled to meet on Thursday to consider bids of Reliance Jio, Airtel, Varde and UVARCL.
    Maruti Suzuki: Beating the year-end blues Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) said its domestic sales were at 1,24,375 units in December as against 1,21,479 units in the same month a year ago, registering a growth of 2.4 per cent.

    Mahindra & Mahindra: The auto maker reported 3 per cent increase in total tractor sales in December at 17,990 units. The company had sold 17,404 units of tractor in December 2018, M&M

    Muthoot Capital Services: The NBFC said it has raised Rs 145.37 crore through securitisation. The company has completed the transaction, it said in a regulatory filing.

    SAIL: Steel Authority of India said it has recorded a 47 per cent rise in sales during December.

    Coal India: The company will spend nearly Rs 6,900 crore in acquiring land, heavy mining machinery, wagons and on-mine development activities in the current quarter, said its chairman AK Jha.

    ONGC: The company has begun an exercise to shed excess cost at the Mumbai offshore oil and gas fields of Panna-Mukta, whose control it regained after two-and-a-half decades and has already saved Rs 1 crore in shipping cost.

    InterGlobe Aviation: The country's largest airline IndiGo now has more than 250 planes in its fleet after inducting at least four neo aircraft on December 31, according to an official.

    Tata Motors: The company reported a 12 per cent decline in total vehicle sales in domestic market to 44,254 units in December. The company had sold 50,440 units in the same month in 2018, Tata Motors said in a statement.
