- Cerner (NASDAQ:CERN) has appointed Mark Erceg as the company's new executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Feb. 22, 2021.
- Erceg will succeed long-time CFO Marc Naughton, who, as already announced, will be leaving at the end of Q1 after his 30 years of stint with the company.
- The company notes Erceg brings in 25 years of multi-dimensional financial experience, including serving as CFO at Tiffany & Company (NYSE:TIF), Canadian Pacific Railway (NYSE:CP),and Masonite International Corporation (NYSE:DOOR). He began his career at Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) and spent more than 18 years in a variety of finance, strategy and operational leadership roles.
