- DSG Global's (OTCQB:DSGT +1.1%) Imperium Motor division signed a sales and service distributor agreement with NP Power International, power supply manufacturer which specializes in high-quality batteries and power banks.
- First sales and deliveries of these batteries are expected to occur during the ninety days.
- Currently, the company has six large production facilities, including one in California.
