- Compagnie de Saint-Gobain (OTCPK:CODGF) has sold its regional glass transformation business Glassolutions in Denmark to the German glass manufacturer Semcoglas Holding GmbH.
- The commercial terms were not disclosed.
- The business generated sales of around €30 million in 2020.
- The transaction is part of Saint-Gobain’s ongoing portfolio optimization strategy to enhance the Group’s growth and profitability profile according to the “Grow & Impact” plan objectives.
