Last week was the worst one for US stocks since March 2020 but with a gain today it will mark a solid shortened week for US stocks, including gains in 3 of the 4 trading days.
The S&P 500 is set for a 30 point gain at the open, building on the strong finish in yesterday's trading. The index finished up 36 points yesterday, led by tech.
